What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is possible from 15.
If the room is already available, you can start your stay or you can store your suitcases and take advantage of all the hotel's services.
Check-out by 10.00 with possibility of leave your luggage in our room until departure.

Is the reception open 24/24h?

Yes, our reception is available 24 hours a day and is always available to book taxis, private transfers, excursions. For advice on where to eat in the city, to update you on events and experiences to be lived in Verona.

What are the breakfast times?

With the Early Breakfast service from 7 you can have breakfast early in the morning and taste our specialties.
Our breakfast room is open from 7 to 10.

Is there parking?

Yes, the hotel has an unattended covered car park 100 meters from the hotel (subject to availability and upon reservation and subject to a supplement of €20 per night)

Is your facility wheelchair accessible?

Yes, in our hotel, equipped with a comfortable and spacious lift, we have some rooms accessible to wheelchairs and with en-suite bathrooms equipped for the disabled (subject to availability).

Is there a tourist tax?

Yes, for 4-star hotels in Verona there is a tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per day for the first 5 days of each month.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, small pets are welcome in the hotel with a supplement of €10 per night. The services for your 4-legged friends include a bowl for water and food for your cat or dog.

What are the payment methods?

We accept cash up to the amount allowed by law. In addition to this amount it is possible to pay with Credit Cards and Debit Cards. Checks are not accepted.

If I need an invoice?

It is sufficient to inform the reception at the time of booking by communicating the tax information.
